The Exeter Advantage
Your new home is our pride and joy
Exeter Homes is a family business that takes great pride as quality New Zealand transportable home builders, working with clients who are looking for a modern solution to their housing needs.
From the design stage, until the moment we place your new home on piles, our team will work with you to make sure that building your new home is an exciting and enjoyable experience. Let’s get the ball rolling!
We are committed to providing FREE DELIVERY North Island wide, for all of our new transportable homes.
Making sure you are 100% happy with the design of your new home is of huge importance to us. If our pre-designed plans aren’t quite what you’re after and require a slight modification, we can do it! Or if you would like to work with us to design a custom plan, we can do that too! Nothing is ever too much trouble.

Chris’s wife, Victoria, brings her own experience in property and subdivision development to the company and works with Chris in the business taking care of the accounting and marketing needs.
The wider Exeter team consists of a number of skilled transportable home builders, tradesmen, and decorators who are very particular about ensuring the homes they build are top-notch and exceed client expectations.
New Zealand Made
Chris and Victoria are proud to be Kiwi business owners who support local suppliers and employ local people.
A note of thanks for the work that you have completed (for my home). Your and your team’s attitude, attention to detail, and work ethic has been greatly appreciated and I am thrilled with the outcome you have all achieved. I would happily recommend your work to any future clients and wish you the best of luck for the future.
