After this meeting, we’ll provide a realistic ballpark for your project. If possible, we recommend booking an appointment and allowing around 40 minutes, so we can really understand your needs and make the most of your time with us.
This is the exciting phase where your home takes shape. We work through layouts, design choices, materials and key features to make sure your home works for how you live, looks the way you want it to and fits your budget. By the end of this stage, you’ll have a thoughtful design that everyone is aligned on before moving forward.
This stage removes the unknowns. We complete the engineering, surveying and council discussions needed to confirm exactly what can be built on your site. This work ensures the design is compliant, buildable and properly priced, so there are no assumptions or grey areas later.
This is where everything is locked in right down to the colour of your toilet-roll holder. With the design, approvals and technical details confirmed, we can provide a fixed-price building contract. This gives you certainty on scope, cost and timeline.
This is where your home comes to life. Your home is built in our yard under controlled conditions; you’ll be invited to view progress at key stages alongside your project coordinator, so you can see everything taking shape with confidence.
If you choose a turn-key solution, Exeter Homes will manage the site works for your new home. This is discussed early in the process and coordinated alongside your build, ensuring everything is ready for delivery and helping to streamline timelines and reduce delays.
We take care of delivery and oversee the entire process for you. Once your home is positioned on site, we complete final connections and finishing works before handing over the keys to your new home.
