How much is delivery?
All our homes include FREE delivery to any location in the North Island.
Can I make changes to the plans?
The most cost-effective option is to pick one of our standard plans. However, we can make minor changes to an existing plan, or we can work together to custom design your ideal new home.
Does it include Foundations?
Yes! Standard timber foundations (piles) are included in the price and will be installed by our team.
What technical information do I need to know?
We realise it can seem like a daunting process to build a new home, but don’t worry, we’re here to help! Our Technical Information page is packed with details you may need to know; from geotech reports to service trenches. If you can’t find the information you’re looking for, please give us a call!
How long does it take for my house to be built and delivered?
Are there any size restrictions on transportable homes?
The maximum size we can build a 1-piece move, is 7.2m wide by 18m long. If you require a larger home or a two-storey home, we will build your home in multiple pieces and join it together on your site.
Can you build our new home on our site?
Due to the inefficiency of building on site, we choose to only build in our yard and deliver to your site. By doing this we are able to complete your project faster saving you precious time and money.
What are your terms of payment?
A deposit of 7.5% is required to secure your new home, payable upon signing a building contract. A progress payment of 45% is payable prior to construction commencing followed by 45% upon completion of construction. The final payment of 2.5% is due once your new home has been delivered to your site and secured to its foundations.
