Visit our show home and meet a friendly sales consultant who can help you choose or customise a floor plan to suit your needs. After this, we'll provide an estimate for building, delivering, and connecting your new home to your land.
We will undertake a site visit, either in person or virtually, to ensure we can deliver a home to your site.
This is the exciting phase where your home takes shape. We take a deposit to create site plans and guide you through designing your home; from creating your perfect kitchen to choosing paint colours. The deposit is deducted from your final costs.
We will prepare your building contract, tailored to suit your project with all the specifications made at conceptualisation stage included. Once signed we can confirm the timeline for building and delivering your new home.
Your new home is now under construction, you will be invited to view your home alongside your sales consultant at various stages of the build.
Exeter Homes can facilitate on site work for your new home and will discuss this with you at conceptualisation stage. If we are undertaking anything on your site this will happen concurrently with your build in our yard to save you time.
We arrange delivery of your new and oversee the entire process for you. We will complete any finishing works and will hand over the keys to your new home.
